The stand-up pouch spout packaging material is the same as ordinary composite materials but requires using corresponding structural materials according to the installed product. Aluminum foil stand-up pouch spout bag material is aluminum foil composite film, made through printing, laminating, cutting, and other processes on three or more layers of film. Due to the excellent performance of aluminum foil material, it is opaque, silver-white, glossy, has good barrier properties, good heat sealing, good optical coverage, high/low temperature resistance, oil and fragrance resistance, odorless, and soft, which is favored by consumers. Therefore, most manufacturers use aluminum foil packaging on top, which is not only practical but also high-end.
Stand-up pouch spouts are generally used for liquid packaging such as juice, beverages, detergents, milk, soy milk, soy sauce, etc. Because the spout forms of spout pouches are diverse, they can be used to suck jelly, juice, drink directly by mouth, clean products with the spout, and there are butterfly valves for red wine.
Stand-up pouch spouts can be designed according to the product packaging specifications, sizes, and colors. Complete materials include aluminum foil composite film, metallized composite film, plastic composite film, nylon composite film, etc. Different materials have different functions and usage ranges. As the advantages of flexible packaging become better known to more consumers and environmental awareness in society continues to strengthen, replacing traditional flexible packaging that cannot be sealed with soft packaging spouts and buckets will become a trend. Compared with ordinary packaging forms, the main advantage of stand-up pouch spouts is their lightness. Stand-up pouch spouts can be conveniently placed in backpacks or even pockets, and as the content decreases, the factory's operating range has diversified characteristics.
If Stand-up Pouch Spout If it can be boiled, the inner layer of the packaging bag needs to use boiling materials, capable of withstanding high-temperature steaming at 121 degrees Celsius and safe for use and consumption. PET/PA/AL/RCPP is a good choice. PET is the outer layer used for printing patterns, and the printing ink must also be boiling ink; PA is nylon, which can withstand high temperatures; aluminum is aluminum foil, which has excellent barrier, light resistance, and freshness preservation properties. RCPP is the inner heat-sealing film. Ordinary packaging bags can use CPP material for heat sealing, while steam packaging bags need to use RCPP, i.e., steam CPP.
