Methods of printing on stand-up spout pouches:
1. Ink drying speed: When the ink dries too quickly, part of the ink film appears before transferring to the printing substrate. Poor solubility of the ink film leads to poor ink transfer, and accumulation over time causes plate clogging.
2. The temperature and humidity of the printing workshop affect the ink drying speed: Excessive or insufficient moisture will affect ink drying. If the ink circulation is poor, a film easily forms in the ink tank causing clogging.
3. Issues with gravure printing equipment: If the diameter of the rollers in the gravure printing machine is too large, and the plate cylinder is too shallow in the ink trough during typesetting, the hot air leaking from the drying box will blow directly onto the plate surface, causing the ink in the mesh to dry and resulting in plate surface clogging. Besides detergent packaging bags, attention should also be paid to the printing of various plastic soft packaging. For planners, plate makers, printers, laminators, and bag makers, more attention is needed to the negative impacts caused by some detailed issues.
